Its about damn time someone else realised how this works. For the life of me I don't see how people think they are being robbed, how do they expect their project to be funded without dilution of ownership? Could you imagine being in it for the Lithium and having your ownership diluted to fund a Cobalt project which you don't care for? This is why the spinoff makes complete sense, and while the unfortunate timing of this and delays waiting for Chinese money to clear has resulted in this big SP drop long term it was the best choice.
