can I understand that this wording tries to say:
1. MTC shareholders with 20K will be offered a pro rata entitlement on a 1 for 5 basis. that is 4k ico
2. MTC shareholders with 20k have the opportunity to subscribe for 10k ico at $0.2
3. MTC shareholders can subscribe for additional icobalt shares within certain scope.
the people draft the offer should go back to school to learn English again.
