numeric entitlement is 4000 shares.. but will be "guaranteed" a minimum application of 10,000 shares... ie. $2k worth - and is still able to apply for more if they wish..
almost impossible to find a prospective cobalt play with such a tiny mc.
sure to get everyone's attention when it lists..
