Come on Sotirib. If you were a SH you would have received all the documentation. Very happy with No. 4 as we now have the opportunity of getting someone reputable on the Board. It is no good complaining about not having higher profile Directors when the company hasn't got any money to pay them. I still reckon that the cynics are very wrong and the extra money will be used to pay for new blood. As I previously posted, it will test RJ AGAIN. I don't reckon that he will let SH down and very much looking forward to that ann.
No 5 was about changing the constitution to prevent proportional takeovers. Very happy about that. If you want more details check ICN home site.
