This hot rocks seems simply another case of RJ saying "look what with got" with little intention of developing the resource himself. For this reason, alone, I am placing little importance on the announcement other than as another signal of the strategic parallels between Icon and BPT and instigating the type of speculation we are all engaging in. RJ is the master spruiker...as opposed to developer of assets.
