Jdog. All of your points are well put, but, honestly, they have been put every year for at least the last 10 years.True.
It just wears a bit thin reading them on HC just before we are ready to make some moves in the S.P.
But, very few make any mention of those points directly to Ray James at AGMs and everything that he gets is fully documented. All shareholders have the opportunity to reject the Remuneration Resolutions which must be presented and passed at AGMs before they can even be considered by an independent review panel for payment.

And, bigdream, why should I "cool down" when I see totally incorrect and damaging misinformation being posted. Implying that Ray James GETS what HE thinks he deserves couldn't be further from the facts. And as for that 500K that you mentioned, if you take a very good look at the annual accounts you will see that he received a shade more than half of that. That's why I legitimately asked you to get it right if you are going to make such statements, they mislead and give a completely wrong impression to readers of HC who are new to this forum. I'm just trying to have those misleading posts have as little effect on my investment as possible, as I do believe that HC has some influence on SPs.

And, frankly, I have never been "cooler" even with such obvious developments just about to happen, that some of us have been waiting for for over 10 years and in Ray James's and many current shareholders' situation, at least 17 years.
