Croc. We can use all the logic in the world, but, when you have this type of market, totally risk averse and results oriented, small, seemingly inactive, companies like Icon, simply don't enter the equation.
It will definitely need some news from the company just to show that they are indeed doing something and to re-instil some anticipation, which, currently has been totally deflated by the Chevron decision.
Seeing ALL the other C.B. companies being so strong supported tends to confirm that it is that lack of anticipation that is hurting Icon so badly.
