And to add to the above...if they were to win etc. Who would then fund them? Good luck getting funding from any traditional sources. You'd be back to relying on the Chinese who will find a way to take control of the asset regardless.
To he honest I don't even know how they'll have the funding to see this legal battle through, let alone build a mine.
