I'm calling BS on your expereince....Not that your suggestion of a positive legal outcome is not impossible.....But because you revert back to suggesting you will be a prosperous shareholder!
What offer is on the table? Does it go back to the original amount of dilution under Dathcom's original claim....or is that gone already?
