Ann: ICSID Arbitration Proceedings, page-170

My spider sense is telling me that the President and MoM have a history of "being in the spotlight", and loving it. With that in mind, and now this ICSID arbitration issue and "imminent" (sarcasm opportunity) RDC election, I'm thinking that a government announcement in our favour may happen soonish.

MoM is coming to Oz, and with this ICSID issue hanging over her head - unlikely. She'll either issue our ML and come to Oz, or she'll stay at home and hide from the spotlight. This will reflect on the President, and he knows it. Time will tell?

I congratulate AVZ for trying to stimulate action from the RDC on our long overdue and legally entitled ML according to RDC law!
