so same as ICC DRC are members and have to abide by its rulings or become a pariah .
I agree its a shame that it comes to this , the USA if not before will have their eyes wide open in conjunction with world Bank .
Do the right thing by your own laws and Mining code and enter the open arms of the west .
Or enter into a world of Chinese pillage and plunder .
