I am a long term holder and I am agree with you. I feel very disappointed with this outcome. we are here to make money and doing business and not for a fight who is right or wrong. Our board needs to be more flexible and needs seek different ways to approach this matter, ML is looking more far away from us now, I think Board needs actively to look for a buyer or take over for our company, so share holders can get the money and move on.
