Isn't there a conflict of interest if Comminere is 90% owned by the government ? surely if this was a decent country to operate in the government would have stepped in by now. It's quite bizarre that Comminere is now asking for money as well. All it says is you can come and explore in the DRC but if you find something half decent its unlikely there will be any certainty around ownership
