denounced and exposed? You think those offering up the bags will tiddle taddle on those accepting them if one move is made against them?

I suppose the story will be we tried to bribe these people and now they have gone against their word but we have never tried this before and they have never accepted anything before because all our current projects and deals that stand are fully compliant with the laws and regulations of the country.
