Yes, they just need to comply with the listing rules and get this trading. Slim likelihood of getting ML and all the court actions are now laid bare for the investor to make a decision whether to invest or not. Why should the BOD (who obviously are getting desperate) hold its own shareholders hostage.
Alternatively the BOD should approach the Chinese and broker a deal, so at least shareholders can recoup some of their investment.
Yes sure these court actions might lead to a favourable outcome but imo, there is no way this deposit is going to be mined by AVZ after you sued the government! Imagine working with the government to build infrastructure etc just to get this to production. It would be a nightmare!
