China play the smart long game that nearly cost all Victorians with the road and belt back door takeovers! These are perfect candidates for them to exploit.

Let's see how bothered DRC and China are with these ICSID proceedings. At the end of the day it is theft to allow an overseas company to continue to explore and define a resource without adequate compensation, but I guess that's what they call country risk.

Just never imagined it could turn into such a mess and the possibility of losing everything. Don't want to see my investment wiped out, but can't see a positive outcome unless the DRC president steps in to seek a resolution. Failing to do so, will show his hand as to with who he stands in this dispute.

Any possibility of seeking support from Canberra as Australia have diplomatic representation based in Zimbabwe, another questionable country!
