I don't agree.
How could a SH have foreseen the 15% sale from Cominiere without disclosure; I certainly would not have bought in May 2022 had I known and for management to not to have disclosed knowledge that one of their largest shareholders of 25% was intending to offload 3/5 of that to a hostile partner is bordering on criminal negligence. Not relevant or spurious the board said -hardly?
We don't even know if there was a counter offer to buy the supposed Cominiere 15% share which we had pre eomptive rights to?
It is pathetic how this has been handled.
