If you had been following these developments as an investor rather than a non invested bystander you would be aware that there is a logical reason for the company not wishing to / being able to release to the market full details.

At the time of the latest extension of AVZ’s suspension (ASX announced 20th April) it would be apparent that AVZ had either lodged or was in the process of lodging their application for arbitration with ICSID.

This would have been an example of something that they would not have wanted divulged to the market at that time.
