If management had disclosed the ownership challenges/issues when known in 2021, the market would have been far better informed of the difficulty of the path ahead, and could have acted accordingly.

Just remember that AVZ considered the 2021 claims "spurious in nature, without merit". Assess that statement against the current situation. F for disclosure.
