I wonder how quickly the “analysts” will now need to reconsider the amount of “supply coming on line soon” vs “demand that isn’t slowing down” … surely this action must be taken into account in those projections now. Supply deficit of a structural nature just became, in my opinion, of a very significant structural nature.
