Do you think it is in the DRCs best interest to sit on this massive in demand asset for years and years without doing anything? I don't. I think if the DRC esp. Felix - for pollical reasons - will want to start up their battery manufacturing plant need to resolve this sooner rather than later. And they will need the resource and selected AVZ on the board to achieve this.
This is just a way to light a match under Felix's a$$ to finally make a decision and do something.
