that is why my expectation is that a negotiated settlement takes place between March and July.
but the later Tanzania leaves it they risk BB saying too late.
i think if it gets to July to the hearing date there will be no further negotiations possible as , as expected the ruling is in favour of the claimants then its only a max. 3 month wait with no further legal recourse available..... thats it...
that would be considered too late to negotiate and why would BB do that ? no point.
so im sticking to a June announcement that GOT has agreed to pay x amount and not proceed to the hearing
