i think if it gets to July to the hearing date there will be no further negotiations possible as , as expected the ruling is in favour of the claimants then its only a max. 3 month wait with no further legal recourse available..... thats it...

that would be considered too late to negotiate and why would BB do that ? no point.

so im sticking to a June announcement that GOT has agreed to pay x amount and not proceed to the hearing

I am thinking that they may not get their shit together for the March deadline, so this be the catalyst for an early settlement. I am not sure what happens if they miss this date, presumably the ICSID throw out the case. Either way, it doesn't matter to me, I can wait and if the opportunity presents, I will buy more.
