worse case this could drag on until middle of next year,
however , it also appears as though they do not have any grounds for anulment and will not get it.
do they use the next 45 days or so to negotiate a settlement ??
i didnt quite get the part about the claimants paying tanzania and the IDA guarantee if an anulment was granted..
