Resolution of ICSID Proceedings
The proposed signing of a binding memorandum of understanding would provide for a stay of the
ICSID proceedings while the DRC Government takes the necessary steps to comply with the DRC
Mining Code at which time the ICSID proceedings could be withdrawn.
