"The Committee recognised that some of Tanzania’s allegations are “extremely preliminary, lacking substance and legal basis when reviewed one by one”, but acknowledged that questions about the conduct of the Tribunal could not be answered by an analysis of the Award on its face. Therefore, the Committee determined that Tanzania should be given the opportunity to present its case and that the Claimants will be given the opportunity to rebut the same."

IDA have always said they are very confident. The way I read the above is that the Committee can't possibly decide if there were errors in the process/conduct based only on the Award report because that's not contained within it. Every objection that could be dismissed via documentation review was dismissed. It's possible but it seems unlikely that this final objection would be the magic bullet Tanzania needs. As a shareholder I'd be disappointed in anything less than 90c but taking away that bias, 80c seems like the minimum she could possibly sell without getting a lot of people offside.
