Why would the claimants accept anything less than 100% Settlement normally happens before a decision and in this case the main grounds for appeal have been dismissed.
I think also you're saying the market is pricing a 50% payout. I personally think the ASX is really inefficient at asset sale situations and this is just another example (3 I can name of the top of my head are psc, ttb and ce1).
