    I don't think it will be a surprise to anyone, when the tender of these retention licenses are awarded to Chinese interests. Will be interesting to see how the legal avenues are explored by the company. There's a reason that Tanzania has been on my list of "uninvestables" joining the esteemed company of The Phillippines, China, Russia, Argentina, Zimbabwe, Colombia and the DRC.
