Looks to me like the tax credit accrues to new investors in the company, who buy newly-issued shares (eg via placement).. a bit like the ESIC tax credits in tech start-up world. I'd expect a small CR shortly to distribute the benefit of this tax credit out. This is great news, and a significant sum... I'm an investor in another gold exploration company which got less than half this amount!
