    It is away of raising money where you can claim the investment as a tax credit. No money gets distributed to anyone. The company can only do a capital raising of this sort if it does not have a JORK declared yet. That is my rough understanding anyway. I have the same setup with MEU and my accountant says it saved me lots of tax, unsure how much exactly but he seemed to think it was a great setup. Please correct me if i got it wrong. Cheers
