its pretty obvious why they are still holding
even they want to sell/dump all their shares there's no enough buying
base on current closing price its below previous lowest EV
so you know what the market think
the only hope is if they can find/drill high grade lithium
or if they decide to pump again like last time then don't be the last one to get out.
