In fairness to Asimpletonne, I think he is just stating that the Identitii lawyers have responded by amending the claim. JP Morgan previously asked for case dismissal because we failed to state a claim.
I guess it's a positive because we have responded with something rather than just accepting it and saying ok.
Make no mistake, JP Morgan will not make this easy. They have access to the most expensive legal advisors in the world. Ofcourse I hope they make us go away with a lazy 50m but it's unlikely to be that easy.
As for us hitting 5c on Monday, highly unlikely and I will leave it for @Asimpletonne to explain his thinking.
