I don't understand why they did this... they also got an R&D rebate recently didn't they?
Payble, according to the last Quarterly, "continues to grow revenues through local government engagements". Why sell down something that is growing?
In a previous announcement they also said that: "the litigation funding will have no impact on the Company’s normal working capital requirements"
