Sofia, I had a look into the WOA share purchase plan (dated 19 October 2020) and the wording of the scale-back provision is slightly different:



As @HarryDavid and I have noted, the ID8 SPP provides that the directors may, in their absolute discretion, scale-back applications on an equiatable basis. This implies some sort of pro-rata scheme. The WOA SPP does not specify any basis for the scale-back - it was simply at the directors discretion.

For this reason, I agree with @HarryDavid that unless you bid some miniscule amount you are likely to receive at least a partial allocation of shares.
