Let's see post CR whether some shareholders get no allocation.
In my experience (any my partner's in other CRs) the directors 'cherry pick' who gets the shares. If you are not a long term holder, not known to the Directors, there is a good chance you will not be cherry picked.
Sorry, I don't mean to be negative about ID8. I think they are a great company and have a lot of potential.
I just want to put it out there that Scale back means you can be scaled back to zero. I am cynical about small CRs by micro caps. I don't want to be the chump who ties up my cash for 3-4 weeks, just so that other lucky investors get a pump on the stock due to the CR being over subscribed.
I will be sitting this one out (just like I am doing with ANP cause I bought on market for less than the CR price...and I love ANP too).
