Purchasing additional shares at .146 is certainly good, but there question is how that plays out.
If the SPP is oversubscribed, you might only get a small % of your funds in at 0.146 (e.g. $10k of the $30k you want to put in) and have to purchase the rest at a much higher price as the share price continues to advance, or you purchase the entire $30k at 0.17, and end up paying a 17% premium to ensure you entire allocation is filled at a knowable price
