They are definitely setting expectations that there might be.
Its quite disappointing really. IOU were in such a great position in Feb. Taking advantage of the pump to fund a war chest made heaps of sense. And now this... blow it all on a part aquisiton of a company that has dubious benefits to IOU... such questionable choices by management.
