Couldn’t be further from the truth.. PayPal is just one competitor among many. The issue is the BNPL industry is just massively overvalued with a lot of debt and no profits. If it continues, the business model will not be sustainable long term. Some will keep it as a small part of their bugger business but no one will survive as a solely BNPL operation.
As it stands, IOU is about to hit a 52 week low.. which is saying something given what the pump reached before the fast dump.
