In regards to funding it appears you think IDSB sale is going to do it and they are going to get $14M for it. Firstly, $14M is above what they previously published what their share of IDSB was worth - it was appraised at about $13.5M, but the big thing is the buyer isn't buying. Now they are talking about another broker finding a buyer, but that all takes time - and they need more money (at least based on previous quarterly cash burn) for the accountants to sign off on the next quarterly. So, IDSB is still on the table but that will not be in time for this quarterly.
iSentric is not profitable - look at the quarterlies for income to operational costs.
So your statement of IDSB and iSentric making money really doesn't cover where they are getting funds for their current quarterly to be signed off on. And iSentric does not make money - it costs them money.
Expanding into the USA??? Where is the $18M to do that?
Good luck with your investment, but you really haven't answered where the money is coming from short term for this company to stay viable.
