OVT has had two huge dumps in the last week. If I were holding, I would be worried about the next announcement.
As BiGJimMbO pointed out, there are not too many holders with that sort of volume to dump. So lets all think what big holders seem to know when to buy and sell??? The clue is 4 letter word that starts with C and ends with E.
