The only thing I think that is going to delay this is we are still waiting on the TGA to approve the other vaccine(s). I expect that once that is approved, we see the contracts signed (unless they do like the UK and start preparing before approval), and doing everything they can before then to be ready.

We are also close to the budget "The Treasurer will deliver the 2021-22 Federal Budget at approximately 7.30 pm (AEST) on Tuesday 11 May 2021." so leading up to that there might be details that come out about investment, but doubt they will specify names - just general dollars for the sectors.
