We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our team and hit the ground running on exciting projects on the horizon in established and emerging medicinal fields and product developments. This is an outstanding opportunity to work closely with our Head of Engineering and Operations team to advance key projects providing you with strong learning and career opportunities to join IDT Australia at this time.

The successful candidate will work across new projects and installations as well as helping focus on optimising our existing assets and capabilities. Ideally you will have previous experience in sterile pharmaceutical grade environments having scoped, designed and run projects to deliver on strategic priorities for the business. You will be well supported and bring energy and enthusiasm to help drive project outcomes. You will also ensure IDT assets and infrastructure and key processes evolve to ensure alignment and compliance with the ever evolving regulatory environment.

Key capabilities and experience:

• Minimum bachelors’ degree in chemical, mechanical or related engineering field.
• At least 4 – 5 years’ experience in a GMP pharmaceutical or equivalent environment.
• Ideally, previous experience in sterile or aseptic grade manufacturing environments
• High level analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and strong team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with TGA and FDA highly desirable
