I'm with you @adam a.
At a couple of the AGM's years ago I met him and was never particularly impressed. The problem is that IDT is such a low profile minnow that it's difficult to find someone with the sharp commercial background needed to transform the company.
Unfortunately the company has had some complete duds in the last decade or more. Duds who are getting paid $350K ++ to simply tread water. It drives me crazy.
Relative to much of the world, CEO salaries in Australia are way too high, to illustrate the point, Sparling was paid $660K all in for last FY. Why is it that when this country talks about skilled migration it's always people to work in cafes or factories. Bring in more talented CEO's.
