regardless, every uptick is an exit for those that haven't. most of the holders would be in because of this vaccine manufacture speculation. It's like a mining company losing their mine. IDT is just a small factory now that does work experience for students at the local uni. Also, this deal will probably render them useless in 4 years as they are no longer needed then.
I feel sorry for those in the '60s.
