Here's an answer to your question however I'm only summising...
Maybe CAJ are waiting on IDX board announcing whether or not they will advise shareholders accept the takeover offer. If IDX advise accept, then CAJ issue bidders statement.
If IDX advise to reject the offer, then maybe CAJ will withdraw their offer?
Personally I really hope IDX reject the takeover offer. If CAJ withdraw offer, expect share price to touch $0.33.
