They have also stated that they saw some problems in the bidders statement and requested amendments and that is why the bidders statement has not been dispatched.
They have said they will provide a target statement within 15 days of the bidders statement being dispatched.
At least we now know what the delay is. I have asked my friend (who is an IDX shareholder), to let me know when he receives the bidders statement and then we can start the clock ticking...
