Interesting. My understanding is that Capitol is a bunch of mostly bulk bill GP referral Radiology practices, plus Olympic Park = 1 moderately profitable MSK based business hugely dependent on the referral base of a small number of well known Radiologists (who are not locked in long term?). IDX is a much more broadly based with with a number of State Gov't backed reporting contracts and on hospital based practices with a mix of Specialist (hence CT & MRI) and GP referral base. Very different businesses from an outside perspective. What am I missing?
