By 1042 AEST early in the trading day, IDX shares had plummeted 9.06 per cent to A$2.30 (from the previous Friday close of A$2.54) so holders of the other company don't like the proposal.
The drop in IDX's SP reduces the value CAJ holders would receive, so unsurprising that CAJ is trading at A$0.28. While up >14 per cent, it's not super close to the previous assumed value of c.A$0.32 per CAJ share transferred to eventually become a holding in IDX.
