The message from the AFR was that including the Tassie clinics would make CAJ more attractive to IDX shareholders. This has merit. but suddenly there is huge company to consolidate. Tassie alone sounds 'sensible', will add value and is manageable. Even if IDX falls over, CAJ should be in a good space.
