Had a quick read. I have to say left me a bit underwhelmed! They don't seem to have gained any support and in fact seem to have lost the commitment of Adam Smith Asset Management. Also they have had to add in Demetriou and Sheffield's being on the advisory board of Acquired Learning, which I could have done without being reminded of.
At least they haven't increased their offer, even though the value of Caj's shares have gone down since November, which reduces the offer (albeit probably temporarily).
All seems a bit of a waste of time and a distraction to me.....
